Job summary

Endeavor Air, a Delta Air Lines subsidiary headquartered in Minneapolis, seeks a Supervisor of Maintenance Planning to lead the Demand, Forecast and Task Control team. You will supervise planners, oversee maintenance planning activities, and partner with Engineering, Reliability, and Supply Chain to optimize fleet readiness.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in aircraft maintenance planning, with 3+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
Five (5) or more years of aircraft maintenance, maintenance planning, airline operations, or a related field required.
Three (3) or more years of maintenance planning experience preferred.
Experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases; dashboarding with BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise Maintenance Planning personnel and guide daily functions; employee development and performance evaluations.
Lead Demand, Forecast, and Task Control Team; evaluate, prioritize, and route maintenance demand.
Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance Programs, Reliability, Supply Chain, and Maintenance Operations for optimal execution.
Oversee Planning Watch Items (PWIs) and long-term deferred maintenance activities; ensure compliance and timely action.
Develop, maintain, and improve planning processes, dashboards, and reporting tools for effective decision-making.
