Frontier Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Maintenance Demand Planning and Analysis in Denver to lead strategic forecasting of labor, materials, and facilities for the maintenance program.

You will coordinate with fleets, operations, and finance to ensure timely, compliant execution of maintenance plans. The role requires 5 years in demand planning analytics and 2 years in supervision, with aviation maintenance process experience.

Qualifications

• Required – Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or another relevant field
• Required – 5 years direct demand planning analytic experience
• Required – 2 years of supervisory experience or demonstrated skills in this area.
• Required – Experience with aviation maintenance planning processes and software
• Required – Demonstrated knowledge of operations planning, inventory management, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance demand planning strategies
• Forecast short- and long-range labor, material, tools, and facilities demand
• Align forecasts with maintenance visits and deferred maintenance workloads
• Lead and mentor the planning team to improve accuracy and collaboration
• Assist with budget preparations for the Maintenance Planning department
