Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to plan preventive maintenance and manage spare parts for production equipment. You will coordinate work orders, schedule PM activities, and ensure alignment with production needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Maintenance planning or reliability certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize preventive maintenance schedules for production and facility equipment within the CMMS.
• Plan and prepare maintenance work orders with tasks, labor estimates, parts, tools, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate PM scheduling with Production to minimize disruption and align with downtime windows.
• Review equipment history with Maintenance and Engineering to adjust PM frequencies and tasks based on reliability data.
• Support execution of scheduled maintenance activities and safety measures.
• Manage spare parts and MRO inventory to support maintenance activities and inventory control.
