ARES Corporation seeks a Maintenance Planning and Support Specialist for our Wallops Island, VA facility. The role focuses on maintenance scheduling, data management, reporting, and administrative support to ensure maintenance activities are planned, tracked, and completed efficiently.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in Excel, and experienced with CMMS such as IBM Maximo. You will collaborate with maintenance managers, supervisors, and technicians to develop plans,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency required; ability to develop, analyze, and present maintenance data using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts).
• Experience in maintenance, operations, manufacturing, facilities, aerospace, or industrial environment preferred.
• Experience with CMMS (IBM Maximo or similar) preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and update weekly, monthly, and long-range maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance activities with stakeholders; monitor work to ensure proper planning and execution.
• Enter, update, and maintain maintenance data within the CMMS; ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
• Develop and distribute maintenance reports and dashboards; create Excel-based tracking tools and KPI reports.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and analytical support to the Maintenance organization.
