Kelly Services in Orange, Texas is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner for a long-term opportunity. The role involves creating job packages from work orders to ensure safe, efficient execution and coordinating resources, materials, and services.

Requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience and 2–5 years of relevant maintenance or manufacturing work. SAP and MS Office experience are preferred.

Formación

• Associate’s degree (Short-Cycle Tertiary) in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience within SAP and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Uses feedback from the person doing the work to optimize the work plans.
• Reviews work orders for technical completeness and returns work orders to gatekeeper, if not complete.
• Carries out field checks, when needed.
• Prepares job package and inputs plan into GEMTS indicating the required resources, materials, and services.
• Identifies task activities necessary to execute job plan and identifies materials, tools, and equipment required to perform tasks.
• Identifies solicits safety information and requirements necessary to safely perform tasks.
• Supports Maintenance Procedure Use Policy by ensuring all job packages include a procedure or the task is on the Procedure Exemption list before the job package is released.
• Serves as a technical resource during procedure creation and review, as needed.
