Job summary

Mykelly is seeking a Maintenance Planner to develop execution-ready job packages from approved work orders, ensuring safe, reliable and cost-effective maintenance. You will scope labor, materials, and third-party services, and integrate safety controls and SOPs into every plan.

You will coordinate with operations, engineering, and field teams, support CMMS/SAP PM, and contribute to procedure management and MOC. This role emphasizes mentorship and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Experience with CMMS, preferably SAP PM.
• Ability to read P&IDs, manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Familiarity with OSHA, Lockout/Tagout and hazard analysis.
• Knowledge of MOC and document control workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define job scope and perform field planning with on-site walkdowns.
• Screen work orders for technical clarity and route incomplete scopes.
• Develop comprehensive job packages with steps, labor estimates, tools, and external contracts.
• Maintain SAP PM data including BOMs and scheduling.
• Support safety, quality, and compliance through hazard controls and procedure references.
• Assist with MOC requests and procedure management.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to planners and technicians.
