Job summary

You will assign codes to work orders, develop detailed work plans, and maintain CMMS records to support efficient scheduling and execution of planned work. The role requires hands-on knowledge of large industrial equipment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a technical field or equivalent industry experience in maintenance.
• 3 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent in a technical support role.
• Knowledge of large industrial equipment and their components.
• Strong computer skills including CMMS and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work orders with clear scopes and timelines.
• Develop work plans to enable efficient scheduling and execution of maintenance.
• Maintain plant history and technical files to prevent delays.
• Support CMMS data accuracy and generate maintenance reports.
• Provide technical assistance and ensure safety and GMP compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and allocate resources.
