Job summary

Chestnut Labs is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate in-house maintenance planning activities and provide operations support. The role involves maintaining preventive and predictive programs, managing work orders in SAP, and coordinating schedules to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include procurement, inventory control, and keeping machine manuals and schematics up to date, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and company computer systems.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

• Able to coordinate multiple activities and adjust priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance planning activities and provide operations support.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Review and close maintenance work orders in SAP or established system.
• Schedule daily and weekly maintenance activities and manage the backlog.
• Create purchase orders and procure parts and supplies.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance parts and supplies.
• Maintain machine manuals, prints and schematics.
• Prepare maintenance reports and performance statistics.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to improve programs and frequencies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
