Responsibilities include field walkdowns, labor estimates, material readiness, and weekly scheduling aligned with production. Experience with SAP PM and strong planning skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience translating field observations into clear job scope, labor estimates, and material lists.
• Familiarity with SAP PM or similar maintenance management system.
• Strong Excel skills for organizing backlog data and weekly schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance requests for scope, priority, and accurate backlog status.
• Visit job site to develop job packages with steps, tools, and materials.
• Estimate task duration, crew size, and labor hours; plan resources.
• Confirm part numbers, availability, and delivery dates; coordinate readiness.
• Build and maintain a weekly schedule matching work to craft hours and production windows.
• Maintain SAP PM data including work orders, scope, hours, and history.
• Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance with production needs and shutdowns.
