Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a Plant Maintenance Planner to support the maintenance group by coordinating work orders, scheduling preventive maintenance, and ensuring accurate BOMs and parts availability. You will collaborate with maintenance staff and production management to optimize downtime and keep equipment reliable.

You will review blueprints, source parts, and track labor hours, while contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 5+ years in a related manufacturing setting.
• Associate’s degree or vocational certificate preferred.
• Strong SAP and Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work orders with maintenance and production teams.
• Estimate labor hours and materials for work orders.
• Obtain blueprints and electrical schematics for review.
• Develop BOMs for equipment and areas.
• Monitor work orders and reconcile labor hours with time/attendance data.
