Qualifications

• Associate degree with extensive work experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with significant experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Expert knowledge of maintenance, calibration, repair procedures, pharma plant operations, and P&ID drawings.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and ISO standards; strong project management and scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office suite including MS Project and MS Access; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and schedule maintenance, repair, and calibration work with estimates for labor, duration, materials, and tools.
• Coordinate spare parts readiness and BOM maintenance with the Spare Parts group.
• Develop and communicate plant shutdown plans and schedules with the Turnaround Manager.
• Coordinate and balance maintenance resources across crafts and vendors.
• Ensure safety integration in planning with safe work procedures, PPE, tools, and area requirements.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Operations, Technical System Owners, Production, Engineering, and vendors.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings to set priorities and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain SAP data for parts, labor, duration, and work history for continuous improvement.
