As a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, you focus on organizing and scheduling maintenance activities to optimize equipment availability and performance; you prioritize maintenance tasks, coordinate resources, and ensure that necessary materials and spare parts are available; you work closely with maintenance and production teams to develop preventive maintenance strategies and use data analysis to enhance overall maintenance effectiveness; you plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance, repair, and calibration activities on site to ensure work is executed safely, reliably, and efficiently in compliance with standard operating procedures; you improve workforce productivity and quality through effective coordination of work scope, duration, parts, materials, equipment, suppliers, maintenance resources, production, and engineering.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $96,480.00 - $144,720.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
