Duininck is hiring for a full-time, on-site role in Minnesota to manage preventive maintenance, inventory, and parts procurement for heavy equipment. You will enter repair details in CMMS, schedule technician work, and coordinate vendor repairs while maintaining accurate records and safety compliance.

The role involves inventory control, data analysis on past purchases, and collaboration with operations leadership to align work orders with priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, fleet maintenance, or heavy equipment preferred.
• Proficient in CMMS or scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization and clear communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Preventative Maintenance Program; schedule work and prepare estimates.
• Enter repairs in the CMMS; log parts, quotes, and track status.
• Assign technicians, monitor timelines, and ensure safety requirements are met.
• Coordinate vendor repairs and monitor performance.
• Source and order parts and materials; manage inventory and purchases.
• Maintain records and ensure accurate invoicing and delivery.
• Monitor shop inventory and adjust stock levels as needed.
• Build relationships with internal customers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan work orders based on schedules.
