Responsibilities

• Coordinates maintenance planning and scheduling across departments to support prompt, efficient maintenance service.
• Owns the maintenance work request process and resolves questions on scope, priority, and cost.
• Identifies material requirements and cost estimates for planned work.
• Maintains accurate work order data in the CMMS/ERP system with job plans and labor estimates.
• Supports planning for downtime and project-related maintenance to minimize disruption.
• Analyzes maintenance performance metrics and recommends improvements.
