Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, procurement, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills required.
• Experience in maintenance/manufacturing environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records of maintenance parts and supplies.
• Source and order parts from approved vendors and resolve order issues.
• Maintain Fiix records of all inventory transactions (receipts, issues, returns).
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians to identify and fulfill parts needs.
• Ensure parts are stored safely and organized for easy access.
• Support availability of parts for scheduled maintenance activities.
