Job summary

Vehicle Service Group in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Planner Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and facility equipment while coordinating maintenance through CMMS. You will support production uptime by executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred.
Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, PLC, and relay logic systems.
Experience with CMMS for work orders and preventive maintenance scheduling.
Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.

Responsibilities

Follow safety policies and LOTO/OSHA standards.
Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Respond to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automated systems.
Maintain CMMS records and track maintenance performance metrics.
Plan labor and coordinate spare parts to minimize downtime.
