Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning or scheduling.
• Extensive industrial maintenance background including hydraulics, ammonia refrigeration, welding, pneumatics, and basic troubleshooting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules and proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities using CMMS for all facility equipment.
• Assist in solving maintenance-related production issues and support CAPEX projects.
• Develop, refine, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
• Develop measurements for tracking maintenance effectiveness and timeliness.
• Perform preventive maintenance including electrical or mechanical adjustments and minor repairs.
• Coordinate with outside contractors to provide preventive maintenance services.
• Support APSM management and assist in project implementations.
