The successful candidate will be SAP proficient, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing administrative duties with hands-on maintenance support to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient plant

Qualifications

• Create and manage preventative maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Coordinate all planned maintenance activities across the facility.
• Serve as a key user of SAP and other maintenance management systems.
• Order and maintain inventory of maintenance parts, materials, and tools.
• Update and maintain work orders, maintenance records, procedures, and equipment lists daily.

Responsibilities

• Balance maintenance planning with administrative system management.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for maintenance activities.
• Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance programs and equipment reliability.
• Provide key input to Production Planning for scheduling.
• Assist Maintenance Technicians as needed on equipment issues.
