Job summary

Ball Corporation in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to lead planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive maintenance activities in a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on CMMS data integrity, work order management, and KPI tracking to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

Broad training and practical experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
Three+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience; planning/scheduling preferred.
Experience with CMMS and ERP systems such as JDE, SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and work order management.
Coordinate daily maintenance and outages; ensure parts readiness and KPI tracking.
Maintain CMMS/ERP data and asset history; standardize descriptions and naming.
Run PM compliance reports and address noncompliant work orders.
Collaborate with maintenance, operations, procurement, and vendors to optimize parts availability.
