Job summary

Riviana Foods Inc. in Memphis, TN, seeks a Maintenance Planner to coordinate plant maintenance activities, including scheduling, parts procurement, and staffing to support safety, reliability, productivity, and cost control.

Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and implement programs within SAP to achieve reliability and cost targets. You will monitor spare parts inventories, coordinate with purchasing, and ensure data accuracy while supporting audits and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years in maintenance planning using SAP.
• Experience in food processing environment preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to lead and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance work orders from request to completion, including cost tracking.
• Maintain SAP data for spare parts, history, and cost reports.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance and scheduling.
• Coordinate with operations to align maintenance with production goals.
