Qualifications

• High school diploma with equivalent related experience.
• 3-5 years maintenance experience with a technical or management degree or 3 years in a similar role.
• 3-5 years maintenance planning using SAP in a food processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance work order process, including approvals, prioritization and cost tracking.
• Monitor spare parts and provide reports on work history and costs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and shutdown maintenance schedules.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs within SAP.
• Coordinate with operations to align maintenance with production goals.
• Assist with purchasing duties and documentation for scope of work.
