Riviana Foods is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate plant maintenance activities at the Memphis site. You will schedule, procure parts, manage work orders, and support safety, reliability, and cost control while maintaining preventive maintenance records and generating reports for operations.

Responsibilities include leading the planning of daily and shutdown maintenance, developing preventive and predictive programs in SAP, and coordinating with operations to meet production goals.

Competenze

• High school diploma with related experience in maintenance planning.
• 3–5 years maintenance planning experience with SAP in a food processing environment.
• Knowledge of SAP systems and how they support operations.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Manage the maintenance work order process including approval, prioritization, labor tracking, and completion.
• Support spare parts management and provide reports on costs and history.
• Prepare schedules for daily, weekly, monthly, and shutdown maintenance.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs within SAP.
• Coordinate maintenance with operations to meet production goals.
• Assist with purchasing duties by bidding work and documenting scope.
• Monitor maintenance performance metrics and update SAP data.
• Maintain parts inventory and ensure data accuracy in SAP.
• Prioritize and issue work orders while managing backlog.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed for planned and preventive work.
