Job summary

Wheatland Tube, LLC, a division of Zekelman Industries, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to enhance preventive maintenance programs and optimize work order planning at the Blytheville, AR site. You will collaborate with maintenance leads, production teams, and operations leadership to ensure accurate planning, scheduling, and data management using SAP.

The role requires 3+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• SAP experience and ability to manage maintenance data and planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze maintenance methods and implement improvements to preventive maintenance programs.
• Track KPIs related to equipment reliability and planning efficiency.
• Establish and improve planning, scheduling, stores, and data management processes.
• Create, format, and enter task lists and maintenance plans into SAP.
• Maintain equipment maintenance history and technical documentation.
• Prepare daily maintenance schedules and work packets with tasks and routes.
• Ensure timely completion and return of all work orders by staff and contractors.
• Lead daily maintenance planning and review meetings.
• Monitor parts flow and manage return logistics for repairs.
