Job summary

Graphic Packaging Holding in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate maintenance activities for a large, 24/7 facility. The role supports the maintenance department, tracks spend, orders parts, and maintains SAP BOM and functional location data.

You will also coordinate external vendors and lead project planning tasks from scoping to close. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in planning and scheduling in manufacturing or maintenance, a bachelor’s degree in a related field,

Qualifications

2 years planning and scheduling experience in manufacturing or maintenance environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing operations, maintenance, or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Previous experience with SAP is a plus.
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

Coordinate planned and unplanned work for a 24/7 facility with 500,000+ sq. ft.
Assist maintenance tracking spend against the monthly budget.
Order and track parts for maintenance projects.
Maintain SAP BOM and Function location data for equipment.
Schedule and coordinate external vendors for repairs and service evaluations.
Lead or assist project planning tasks: job scoping, time/material/resource estimation, procurement, weekly planning, SAP scheduling, and project close.
