Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical School/1 Year College, and/or 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred.
• Specialized skills required are computer programming, complex mechanical systems, trending reports, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintains, monitors, and updates the Maintenance CMMS to assure it is accurate and functional.
• W orks closely with Craftsmen and Techs to assign Work Orders for work to be completed.
• W orks with Maintenance Manager to schedule time for machine repairs prior to breakdowns to reduce unscheduled downtime.
• Reporting- must be able to develop and present reports concerning the progression of the PDM Program.
• Maintains adequate records of work performed on equipment and corrective action taken.
• Initiates Purchase Orders for repair parts or spare parts as needed, as well as initiating orders for parts to upgrade existing equipment.
