Job summary

Profile Products LLC is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Limestone, TN to plan, schedule and coordinate proactive maintenance at the site, optimizing costs and productivity. The role involves evaluating requests, estimating resources, gathering documentation, and maintaining a ready backlog.

The candidate should have a strong mechanical mindset, CMMS experience, and the ability to lead weekly planning meetings and coordinate with production to maximize efficiency. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in industrial maintenance scheduling and planning.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with familiarity in CMMS systems.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance work at a manufacturing site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates non-emergency work requests, develops scope of work, and inspects job location to determine job requirements.
• Estimates labor hours, skill sets, parts, materials, equipment, and special tools required to complete proactive jobs safely and efficiently.
• Gathers technical documentation, verifies part availability, and arranges tools and equipment as needed.
• Maintains an organized backlog and prioritizes next highest priority jobs for planning.
• Uses continuous improvement to update Job Plans for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Conducts weekly planning and scheduling meetings with Production and communicates status.
• Creates a Weekly Technician Schedule to utilize 100% of available labor hours.
• Improves planning/scheduling through review and maintenance metrics.
• Maintains records for analysis and reporting; trains site employees on CMMS.
• Willing to fill in maintenance roles for short-term coverage as needed.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Associate degree in a technical field with 1-3 years of maintenance scheduling experience

5–10 years as a machine repair technician
