Job summary

BCP Engineers & Consultants is seeking a planning and scheduling professional to support maintenance outages in Louisiana. The role involves building integrated plans, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and applying best practices to optimize resources and safety during field execution.

Outage-focused work may include night scheduling and adherence to HSSE standards, with cost monitoring and estimation responsibilities throughout the turnaround process.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and scheduling maintenance work.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety and HSSE requirements.
• Willingness to work nights during outages if needed.

Responsibilities

• Build plans and schedule maintenance work per Venture Global HSSE requirements.
• Follow VGIMS, PLNG Maintenance Manual, and Work Management processes.
• Plan tasks to prevent or mitigate unsafe maintenance conditions.
• Capture costs through work-order approvals to monitor budget expenditures.
• Produce cost estimates as required.
• Assist in developing site-specific estimating norms and factors.
• Coordinate with Planning Coordinator, Lead Coordinator, or STO Manager during planning and scheduling.
• Develop and apply planning best practices such as backlog management, standard job plans, and time on tools.
