Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. seeks a detail‑oriented Maintenance Planner to coordinate preventive, routine, repair, and emergency maintenance across the plant. This role uses a CMMS to ensure maintenance work is planned, scheduled, and executed with minimal disruption and reports to the Maintenance Manager.

The position requires 2+ years of planning/scheduling experience in manufacturing, CMMS proficiency, and strong organizational skills. An associate degree or technical background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling in industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Mechanical design experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with CMMS and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare maintenance work orders for scheduled and emergency maintenance activities.
• Coordinate resources including labor, tools, and parts for efficient job execution.
• Develop weekly and outage work scopes for hourly maintenance personnel.
• Maintain and build equipment records, bill of materials, and asset data in CMMS.
• Create, schedule, and close out PM tasks in CMMS.
• Continuously improve PM programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Track and manage spare parts inventory and equipment documentation.
