We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to support both the maintenance and process sides of production operations. This is a great fit for someone with light maintenance or similar hands‑on experience who is reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision during off‑shift hours.

This role is not a highly technical — we're looking for someone with strong hands‑on problem‑solving skills and a genuine interest in learning our equipment and process, not someone who needs to come in as an expert. No specific computer software experience is required.

What You'll Do

• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance (PM) checklists
• Support maintenance, process, and quality‑related tasks to keep production running smoothly
• Monitor and help improve product quality coming off the line, proactively identifying and addressing issues
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, using sound problem‑solving skills to diagnose root causes and implement fixes
• Apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures consistently and safely
• Proactively support and promote a strong safety culture on the floor
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with machine operators
• Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Manager and team, contributing to a positive, team‑oriented environment
