About the Role: The Maintenance Planner plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for developing, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. The role involves close collaboration with maintenance technicians, engineers, and production teams to prioritize work orders and allocate resources appropriately. Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field.

• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related discipline.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Certification in Maintenance Planning or Asset Management (e.g., Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional - CMRP).
• Familiarity with ERP systems integration for maintenance planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement projects in maintenance operations.
