Job summary

Freeport-McMoRan Inc. Morenci operations in Arizona seeks a seasoned Planner/ Scheduler to lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution. You will work with site supervisors to translate requirements into actionable plans, maintain SAP data integrity, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.

Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential. Responsibilities include supporting field readiness, forecasting, and collaborating with the Global Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Maintenance planning and scheduling experience in mining/industrial operations.
• Experience with maintenance information systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead workload activities by planning, scheduling, measuring, and analyzing maintenance work.
• Manage and maintain SAP and other information systems for planning objectives.
• Monitor schedules, participate in planning meetings, and prioritize work orders.
• Provide guidance to Planner I personnel and ensure readiness of materials and resources.
• Generate reports to measure performance indicators and support site management.
