Job summary

TXM is recruiting for a Maintenance Planner in McCordsville, IN to oversee planning and scheduling of corrective and preventive maintenance for a fast-paced distribution facility. The role focuses on maintaining peak capacity and implementing long-term maintenance strategies, with a salary in the mid- to upper-$70k range.

The candidate will manage CMMS data, KPI reporting, and Excel-based analysis, coordinate shutdowns, and ensure accurate spare parts inventory and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good customer relations; respond to inquiries.
• Enter data into CMMS and prepare KPI reports.
• Format Excel sheets and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on workflow, parts usage, and performance.
• Plan, schedule and track corrective and preventive maintenance by priority.
• Review spare parts stock and demand within maintenance.
• Manage work orders, CMMS documentation, and assets.
• Coordinate plant shutdowns and support maintenance activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
