TXM is recruiting for a Maintenance Planner in McCordsville, IN to oversee planning and scheduling of corrective and preventive maintenance for a fast-paced distribution facility. The role focuses on maintaining peak capacity and implementing long-term maintenance strategies, with a salary in the mid- to upper-$70k range.

The candidate will manage CMMS data, KPI reporting, and Excel-based analysis, coordinate shutdowns, and ensure accurate spare parts inventory and documentation.

TXM are recruiting on behalf of a leading Automation and intralogistics provider, to join a distribution facility in the McCordsville, IN area. As a Maintenance Planner, you will oversee the planning and scheduling of all corrective and preventative maintenance workto ensure that the fast-paced distribution facility is always running at peak capacity as well as implementing the long term maintenance strategy.

Your Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to external and internal customer inquiries and promoting the Company’s products and services
• Responsible for data entry intoCMMS, KPI reports and Excel Spreadsheets.
• Maintain and format excel spreadsheet and generate reports of daily weekly and monthly workflow results, parts usage and system performance. Utilizing system Analytics, and SCADA
• Plan, schedule and track corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level
• Review stock of spare parts with demand in the maintenance department
• Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the CMMS
• Coordinate and support plant-wide shutdowns as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Experience:

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization,
• Minimum 1-2 years in Industrial Maintenance
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner and provide direction to others
• Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing them
• Strong Computer skills especially need to have Advanced Proficiency with MS office Excel and Access and knowledge of various CMMS software
