Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a Maintenance Planner in McKinney, TX to lead maintenance planning and scheduling within a busy plant. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, coordinate with maintenance and operations teams, and help standardize procedures to boost reliability and uptime.

The role requires CMMS and MS Office proficiency, industrial experience, and a hands-on, analytical approach to continuous improvement. Competitive benefits and starting pay are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and/or Smartsheet.
• 1–3 years of maintenance planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
• Experience with CMMS is preferred.
• HTML experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve preventive and predictive maintenance procedures to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, and Reliability teams to identify process improvements.
• Review equipment documentation to develop, update, and improve SOPs and planned maintenance jobs.
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
