Job summary

Greif is seeking a Maintenance Planner for our Illinois plant. You will coordinate corrective, preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance, planning manpower, parts, and access to minimize delays and maximize reliability.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) plus a technical certificate with 6–8 years of experience, strong MS Office and ERP skills, and familiarity with MaintainX CMMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical certificate and 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Experience with MaintainX CMMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and coordinates maintenance activities with focus on reliability and productivity.
• Obtains and organizes information and parts for maintenance work.
• Diagnoses issues using measurements and manuals; collaborates to complete work orders.
