Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Experience with MaintainX CMMS is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, manuals, and machine drawings.
• Strong written and oral communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and coordinates preventive, corrective, predictive, and proactive maintenance with focus on reliability and productivity.
• Obtains and organizes information and parts for maintenance work (diagrams, manuals, manufacturer instructions).
• Locates problems by observing equipment, discussing with operators, and using testing instruments.
• Collaborates with maintenance teammates to complete work orders on time and keep machinery operational.
• Controls and optimizes spare parts ordering, stocking, and inventory.
