Job summary

Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, located in McKinney, TX, seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and plant uptime.

The role requires coordinating between Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and external providers, maintaining records in the CMMS, and supporting continuous improvement of maintenance processes. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with possible shift variations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with CMMS systems and SAP is preferred.
• Strong planning, scheduling, prioritization and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate maintenance technician work and prioritize tasks based on production needs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in CMMS.
