Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair or equivalent training.
• Experience implementing and optimizing Preventive Maintenance (PM).
• Experience applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Ability to prioritize deadlines with minimal supervision in team or solo settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication of complex technical information.
• Experience with Predictive Maintenance technologies.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and set work-order priorities for minimum risk to product quality and safety.
• Manage maintenance backlog and develop long- and short-range maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate labor, parts, and materials; issue purchase orders and track inventory.
• Maintain CMMS asset data, BOMs, and maintenance plans; ensure SOPs and PM kits are up to date.
• Communicate maintenance plans and KPI results to production and management.
• Monitor maintenance costs and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
