PACCAR Maintenance is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in McKinney, TX to plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and plant uptime. You will coordinate maintenance technician work with Production, Engineering, and contractors and adapt priorities to production needs.

You will maintain accurate records, develop job plans, manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, and support continuous improvement of maintenance processes and equipment

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in maintenance planning or operations in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience coordinating maintenance technicians and resources.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical documentation.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple technicians and changing production priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working across Maintenance, Production, and Engineering.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance technician assignments and workloads.
• Adjust technician priorities based on production requirements, equipment conditions, and available resources.
• Coordinate response to equipment breakdowns and urgent maintenance requests.
• Monitor maintenance work progress and support timely completion and documentation.
• Escalate significant downtime events, resource constraints, and competing priorities.
• Facilitate communication between Maintenance, Production, Engineering, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate work orders, job plans, equipment records, and maintenance information within the CMMS.
• Coordinate parts, materials, vendors, and other resources required for maintenance work.
• Support preventive maintenance and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Analyze maintenance activities and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Promote safe and effective execution of maintenance activities.
