Job summary

Camaco LLC in North Carolina seeks a Maintenance Scheduler/Planner to effectively plan, prioritize and schedule all production and facility maintenance work. The planner collaborates with Operations, Engineering and Maintenance managers to manage work orders and PMs within a TPM framework.

You will enter work orders into Plex, coordinate with vendors and outside contractors, monitor spare parts inventory and the maintenance budget, and help develop preventive maintenance programs to minimize

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical certification in a technology discipline; or 5 years experience with maintenance planning.
• Familiarity with scheduling methods and TPM concepts.
• Proficient with Word, Excel; ERP experience and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production and facility maintenance work.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Maintenance managers to manage work orders and PMs.
• Enter work orders into Plex and generate reports for timely closure.
• Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and outside contractors.
• Develop and improve Preventive Maintenance programs and manage inventory and budget.
