This role emphasizes collaboration with supervisors, craftspeople, and reliability engineers to keep equipment history up to date. The ideal candidate has a technical degree and 3–5 years in mining or heavy industry, with project startup experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• 3-5 years' experience at mining/mineral processing facility or heavy industry.
• Experience with project installations and startups is helpful.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; able to motivate and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Organize incoming work orders into defined, planned work packages.
• Develop and document work procedures and scopes using Ellipse.
• Identify, specify, and order required contract labor, parts, tooling, and equipment.
• Build parts and standard jobs resource library.
• Ensure safety and MSHA standards are met in all work areas.
• Coordinate maintenance plans and budgets with supervisors.
