Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a maintenance supervisor to lead CMMS-driven maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will oversee preventive maintenance, manage the mechanical and electrical upkeep of equipment, and drive continuous improvements to improve line efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, CMMS expertise, and the ability to coordinate with operations. Shift work and weekends are required, with a focus on safety and cost-management.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in manufacturing or packaging environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Experience with project management and capital projects preferred.
• Ability to work off-shift and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of the CMMS in a manufacturing environment.
• Develop, maintain, and improve the preventive maintenance program; manage mechanical and electrical upkeep.
• Plan and execute maintenance goals and plant equipment revitalization projects.
• Develop instrumental training for plant mechanics and electricians within CMMS.
• Supervise parts pricing, inventory and budgets; partner with Maintenance and Operations on schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement events to reduce losses and increase line efficiencies; participate in required meetings.
• Perform safety training and enforce procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
