The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience and hands-on maintenance with electrical, PLCs, and mechanical systems. Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance.
• Electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, VFDs, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and general mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations and coordinate contractors.
• Escalate complex issues and support root-cause analysis.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and continuous improvement.
• Build and manage weekly and daily maintenance schedules.
• Partner with Production and QA to align activities with service levels and food-safety requirements.
• Take on-call and emergency response responsibilities.
• Oversee major troubleshooting and repairs; support capital projects.
