Job summary

The role requires extensive CMMS experience, strong planning, and the ability to define tasks, assemble parts, labor, and contractors for timely execution, including shutdowns and rebuilds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; valid driver's license.
• Advanced computer skills and experience with CMMS/EAM software.
• Experience with CMMS such as Limble, eMaint, Fiix, Maintenance Connection, Micromain or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of industrial MRO components and part recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work.
• Develop detailed job plans including scope, labor estimates, tools, and parts.
• Maintain and prioritize a back-log of work orders and monitor CMMS activity.
• Administer CMMS, asset hierarchy, documentation, and licenses.
• Develop and improve PM procedures and frequencies; support PdM/RCM initiatives.
• Coordinate equipment rebuilds and spare parts with external contractors.
• Build KPI dashboards and analyze maintenance data for trends and RCFA.
• Conduct inspections and audits; track corrective actions and coaching.
