Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner in the United States to oversee asset management, planning, training, and spare parts inventory using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.

The role collaborates with the EAM Business Analyst to implement standard coding schemes and preventive maintenance procedures, while managing work orders and analyzing data for improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Experience with enterprise software and standard work processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits regularly.
• Provide software training to end users and admins; liaison for system problems.
• Collaborate with EAM to implement standard coding schemes and preventive maintenance."
• Manage work orders for accurate creation, updating, and resolution.
• Analyze data on parts/assets and suggest software/process improvements.
• Publish facilities metrics to management."
• Support as Tier 1 EAM for facilities team.
