Job summary

TXM INC, a leading Automation and intralogistics provider, is recruiting a Maintenance Planner for a distribution facility in McCordsville, IN. You will plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance to keep operations at peak capacity and support the long-term maintenance strategy.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in industrial maintenance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work self-directed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Industrial Maintenance.
• Strong communication with all levels of the organization.
• Self-directed and able to guide others.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and Access; CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good customer relations and promote products/services.
• Enter data into CMMS, generate KPI reports and Excel spreadsheets.
• Maintain and format Excel spreadsheets; generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Plan, schedule and track corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority.
• Review spare parts stock with demand in maintenance.
• Manage work orders, documentation, and assets in CMMS.
• Coordinate and support plant-wide shutdowns as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

TXM are recruiting on behalf of a leading Automation and intralogistics provider, to join a distribution facility in the McCordsville, IN area. As a Maintenance Planner, you will oversee the planning and scheduling of all corrective and preventative maintenance workto ensure that the fast-paced distribution facility is always running at peak capacity as well as implementing the long term maintenance strategy.

Your Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to external and internal customer inquiries and promoting the Company's products and services
• Responsible for data entry intoCMMS, KPI reports and Excel Spreadsheets.
• Maintain and format excel spreadsheet and generate reports of daily weekly and monthly workflow results, parts usage and system performance. Utilizing system Analytics, and SCADA
• Plan, schedule and track corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level
• Review stock of spare parts with demand in the maintenance department
• Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the CMMS
• Coordinate and support plant-wide shutdowns as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Experience:

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization,
• Minimum 1-2 years in Industrial Maintenance
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner and provide direction to others
• Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing them
• Strong Computer skills especially need to have Advanced Proficiency with MS office Excel and Access and knowledge of various CMMS software
