Job summary

Trident Consulting is seeking a Maximo Administrator for an onsite role in San Clemente, CA. You will manage IBM Maximo/CMMS, asset records, PM schedules, and maintenance workflows to ensure safe and compliant facilities operations.

The role involves coordinating with Facilities, Engineering, IT, and Security, supporting CMMS upgrades and reports, and ensuring GMP compliance across manufacturing environments. 8+ years of CMMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in facilities, maintenance systems, CMMS, or facilities engineering.
• Experience with IBM Maximo or similar CMMS.
• Knowledge of building systems, facilities operations, and preventive maintenance.
• GMP/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Administer IBM Maximo/CMMS, including asset records, hierarchies, job plans, work orders, and PM schedules.
• Maintain accurate equipment, maintenance, and asset lifecycle records.
• Provide Maximo/CMMS support to Facilities and Maintenance teams.
• Support CMMS reporting, system configuration, upgrades, and testing.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and track contractor performance.
• Support badge access control and video surveillance systems.
• Maintain accurate facilities documentation and support audit readiness.
• Follow SOPs and GMP compliance requirements.
• Work closely with Facilities, Engineering, IT, and Security teams.

Position Summary

The Facilities Systems Specialist supports the administration and optimization of facilities operations technology systems used to maintain safe, reliable, and compliant operations across company facilities.
