Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team servicing one of the world’s largest online retailers. You will manage asset records, plan preventive maintenance, and optimize spare parts inventories using EAM software.

You’ll provide training to end users and administrators, coordinate with the EAM Business Analyst, and maintain positive relationships with client and operations teams while promoting a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management and work planning.
• Familiar with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems.
• Ability to train end users and administrators.
• Strong data analysis and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits.
• Provide software training to end users and administrators; liaison for system problems.
• Work with EAM stakeholders to implement standard coding schemes and preventive maintenance.
• Manage work orders for accurate creation, planning, updating, and resolution.
• Analyze parts/assets data and recommend software enhancements and process changes.
• Publish facilities metrics to management.
• Provide Tier 1 EAM support for the facilities team.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with client and operations teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.

About the Role

Responsible for overall asset management, work planning, training, and spare part inventory using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits on a regular basis;
• Provide software training to end users and new administrators; serves as liaison for system problems.
• Work with corporate EAM Business Analyst to implement standard object coding schemes, preventive maintenance procedures and scheduling.
• Manage work orders in the system for accurate creation, planning, updating, and resolving work orders;
• Perform data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and process changes.
• Measure and publish facilities metrics to the management team.
• Provide support as a Tier 1 EAM for the facilities team.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
