Reyes Coca-ColaBottling in Illinois is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate maintenance activities, manage CMMS workflows, and supervise service providers. The role supports budgeting, reporting, and adherence to GMP and environmental standards.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in maintenance, a high school diploma, and a willingness to obtain electrical or vocational certification. A strong team player with good communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Electrical certification or vocational certification preferred.
• Ability to read manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance and work orders for the plant.
• Use CMMS to plan, schedule, and track maintenance activities from start to finish.
• Coordinate with third‑party providers and issue purchase orders.
• Assist in budget preparation and control maintenance expenses.
• Monitor maintenance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and GMP standards.
• Communicate maintenance needs and updates to plant management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance, work orders, and third-party services while managing the plant's CMMS and auditing maintenance effectiveness, as the Maintenance Planner
• Utilize CMMS to effectively plan, schedule, and manage work orders from inception to completion, ensuring documentation and tracking of all maintenance activities
• Coordinate with third-party service providers to handle service requests, establish purchase orders, and ensure timely closure of projects
• Assist in budget preparation for production maintenance, managing expenses to stay within financial requirements
• Monitor and track maintenance metrics and performance through detailed reports, spreadsheets, and visual presentations
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and current GMP standards while maintaining production areas
• Communicate preventive maintenance requirements and updates with plant management, facilitating a clear understanding of ongoing maintenance challenges
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
