Schedule: Full-time

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Location: 2600 Westhall Lane, Maitland, FL 32751 (Hybrid)

Float between Maitland, Winter Garden, and Apopka as needed.

The role you’ll contribute:

This position is responsible for maximizing workforce productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of work order labor, parts and materials, permits, equipment, and area access. The Maintenance Planner will also coordinate with Maintenance Supervisors on work order scheduling to minimize impacts to hospital operations. They will assist the Engineering Manager and Engineering Director in short-range and long-range planning and other duties as assigned.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Monitor all incoming work orders and coordinate with requesters to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Plan each work order to ensure technicians have the appropriate time, tools, parts, permits, and area access to complete the work orders.
• Initiate, coordinate, and supervise contractor/vendor repair activities.
• Respond to all inquiries regarding maintenance, repairs, and other department activities.
• Perform assigned corrective maintenance tasks as required.
• Ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and equipment, working closely with the Logistics Manager.

Qualifications

The expertise and experience you’ll need to succeed:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of facility maintenance experience
• Driver’s License - Valid and in state

Preferred qualifications:

• Working knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) like PeopleSoft (or equivalent)
